Criteria for Ownership

  • Do you live in sub-standard, over-crowded, unsafe, subsidized, or cost-burdened housing or have you been denied for a conventional mortgage?
  • Have you lived or worked in Johnston or Wake County for the past 12 months?
  • Are you a U.S. citizen or permanent resident?
  • Do you have an annual gross income (before taxes and deductions) within the amounts listed below?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you may qualify to purchase a safe, affordable home!
